Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located (or the Central District of California if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers where appropriate.

False Claims

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
